Insight Art is a membership based contemporary arts organization dedicated to increasing access to cultural work that promotes the creation of stronger progressive
social movements in the United States.

The organization was founded in 1991 by a coalition of artists, educators, parents, and activists working under the leadership of young people aged 12 to 25.

Our young founders dreamed of creating an organization that would use art as a tool to help people young and old understand the interconnections of the many progressive political projects working to make the world a better place.

By becoming a member of Insight Arts you are proclaiming your commitment to the idea that
no one is free, until everyone is free.
